OUR INFRASTRUCTURE
Research and Development Centre
This is where the design and development of new vehicles and components takes place. The research and development center is equipped with advanced technology and testing facilities to support the design and development process.
Manufacturing Plant
This is the main facility where the vehicles are assembled. The plant includes several areas such as Fabrication shop, Paint shop, and final Assembly. The body shop is where the vehicle frame is welded and assembled.
Assembly
We use Line- Assembly to assemble all top sourced components in our ERickshaw which brings best efficiencies. We follow 5S and Kaizen systems to Assemble our products.
Testing
After the painting process is complete, the three-wheeler is tested to ensure that it is functioning correctly. This involves checking the brakes, suspension, steering, and Motor performance. Any issues are identified and addressed before the E-Rickshaw is ready for Dispatch.
Quality Control Centre
This is where the quality control process takes place. Vehicles are tested and inspected to ensure that they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Administrative Offices
This is where the administrative and management functions of the factory are carried out. These offices include departments such as finance, human resources, and marketing.
